English Arts and Crafts Styled Estate
This English Arts and Craft estate was built by Henry Huntington’s grandson, Edwards Huntington Metcalf. It boasts more than 170 roses, rare varieties of plants, a spa, pool, pavilion, barbeque area, kitchen garden, and custom-designed mini green house, tool shed and potting bench. |

Spanish Revival Estate
This 1920s Spanish Revival showcases lovely covered terraces, patios, fountains and a charming casita designed by Architect Ron Ettinger. Landscape Designer, Rick Button, transformed a steep hillside to create the additional space needed to develop a beautiful garden. |

Purchased by the current owners in 2007, the grounds have gone through a major transformation to meet the needs of an active family. Landscape Architect Nord Eriksson’s design made room for a grand pool and spa as well as a cabana featuring a fireplace, outdoor kitchen and lounge area. |
