Volunteer Opportunities

Gallery/Front Office Volunteer

(one time per week, 3-4 hours per day)
Basic Duties:

  • Answer phone
  • Sell Gallery items
  • Register students

Specialized Duties (according to interest and expertise):

  • Help with database input
  • Help communicate with Gallery artists
  • Help maintain information on Gallery artists
  • Help with maintaining Gallery inventory records
  • Help with general office work

Membership

(2-4 times per year)
  • Help with membership mailings
  • Help track members

Children’s Outreach Projects

(2-4 times per year)

  • Help children with art projects at various events
  • Help prepare projects for the events

Mailings

(1-6 times per year)

  • Prepare invitations and other communications for mailing
  • Take various communications to post office

Events

(1-? times per year depending on Event and if you want to be on the committee or simply help at the event)

  • Garden Tour
  • Art Festival
  • Gallery Receptions
  • Flea Market
  • Jewelry Show

Community Relations

(4 times per year)

  • Speaker’s Bureau
  • Deliver flyers to local schools
