Welcome to Creative Arts Group 11th Annual Scarecrow Festival! Our Worldly Scarecrow was created by teaching artist Jeannine Savedra entirely of materials found around her house. Not only welcoming, Worldly Scarecrow reminds us that one of the best ways to care for our world is to reuse, renew and recycle things around us.
