Many people call our office interested in a one-time ceramics experience, either to try clay for the first time or to share the studio with friends or family. Now you can!

Join our ceramics studio for a one-time ceramics lesson. Teacher Alyson will lead you through a private 2-hour lesson in either hand building or wheel throwing.

Possible projects include:

Ages 5-12 and families: hand-built mugs, sandcastles/princess castles, cupcake jars, beehives, bear jars
Teens and adults: handbuilding vases, mugs, flower pot, butter dish, decorative box OR wheel throwing. (Wheel throwing will make 1-2 small bowls.)

All materials are included for this 1 to 4 person one-time ceramics experience. Pieces will be fired in the CAG studio and glazed by Alyson (but feel free to schedule a second experience if you'd like to glaze yourself!). These experiences can be customized to suit all ages. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Sessions are available most Wednesday and Saturday afternoons.
