Oil + Acrylic, 12” x 9” “A Winning Hand” depicts a memory from my childhood. While in Korea visiting family, my cousins and I found ourselves, likely for the first time, without WiFi for our devices. To pass time we often played card games like Bluff. To this day, this moment is among my favorites memories, as it perfectly captures the essence of my childhood - love, laughter, and a bit of trouble.
