Glinda the Scarecrow Witch

Created by

Rosi

In a golden field of Oz stood a peculiar scarecrow, dressed in pink patchwork and sparkling faintly in the sun. It was Glinda the Good Witch, who had chosen to watch over the crops instead of casting grand spells.

Crows swooped down, but when they neared, a soft shimmer of glitter burst from her straw hands, sending them laughing into the sky. Children tied ribbons around her arms and swore her stitched smile grew wider with every visit.

Travelers passing through sometimes heard her gentle voice in the rustling corn:
“Even straw can shine if kindness is stitched into it.”

And so Glinda, the scarecrow witch, kept watch—quiet, magical, and good.
