Watercolor and Oil
Dilmit Singh is an arts enthusiast who continues to find new ways to explore her love for creative expression in everything she undertakes. Having recently retired from a long and rewarding career in education, Dilmit doesn’t consider herself an expert but rather a fellow sojourner on the path of lifelong learning. She enjoys painting in both watercolor and oil to interpret the natural world around her through a lens of awe and appreciation. It's only in the last three years that Dilmit has truly become involved in the local art community. She currently serves in Board positions at the Verdugo Hills Art Association and the Mid-Valley Arts League. Among several other juried awards, Dilmit is especially honored to have a watercolor piece juried into the California Art Club’s “En Plein Air: An Exploration of Malibu and Ventura County,” on display this spring at the Santa Paula Art Museum.
