Soozee Van Dyke Woods

Soozee started her college career in the study of music but soon heard the song of visual art. Being a practical person, she found she was attracted to art that may have a function. She continued her education in Santa Barbara and Los Angeles in the areas of painting, ceramics, photography, jewelry, mixed-media and collage. These days, Soozee works mostly with clay and loves teaching clay to kids. Her own artistic pursuits are currently focused on making unique and colorful handmade ceramic tile, as a creative partner/owner of Ramona Paloma Tile Studios in Sierra Madre.
